2. Purchase your license
You may purchase your marriage license anywhere in the state of Tennessee or other states where the clerk says Memphis officiants are okay with the clerk and bring with you or Monday-Friday at any of the County Clerk's offices in this area. For locations, prices and information go to our "Licenses Info" page. Remember, it is your responsibility for all the government legalities to get the license and make sure the clerk permits Memphis officiants. It is very simple, just ask the clerk.
